Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provided clean, cozy rooms that were perfect for families. While the initial exploration to find the shared facilities could be a bit confusing, the overall experience was pleasant. The service was always helpful and polite, even lending umbrellas when it rained. The central location near San Marco and the Rialto Bridge was convenient for exploring the city. Dining was okay, though sometimes crowded. Overall, a good choice for a short stay with a great location.
I felt like I was in a charming suite with hardwood floors and a convenient kitchen. The view of the small canal with moored gondolas added a romantic touch, despite the Deluxe room with a back canal view being a bit disappointing. The assortment of warm and cold food, coffees, and teas made my stay cozy.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed but felt neglected and were in an inconvenient location through another door up a flight of stairs. On the bright side, the room offered a great assortment of warm and cold food, coffees, and tea. The service, despite an unhelpful start, turned out to be incredibly helpful throughout my stay, from providing good directions to being attentive. The location was great, just steps away from San Marco, although the view could be disappointing. The dining experience was standard and located in another hotel a few minutes away. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
